RULES

• The stated time for arrivals is after 4 p.m. of Saturday afternoon and for departures before 10 a.m. of Saturday morning.

• The guess must have passports or another document.
• At the arrival the guess will have to pay a damage deposit of 500,00 €. The guess will have their money back at the departure after the owner’s control of the all house.
• The only extra fee is 100 € for final cleanings.
• The booking cost comprehend:
  -  300 kwh per week , electricity consumption over 300 kwh per week 0,40 € per kwh   
  - heating
  - water
  - one set of bed, bath and kitchen per week
  - cot and high chair
  - swimming pool
  - use of internet
  - final cleaning
• The extra costs to pay:
  - phone
  - supplementary set of bed, bath and kitchen 
  7,00 € per person
  - extra cleaning 13,00 € per hour (minimum 3 hours)
  - supplementary cot and high chair 70,00 €
• During the winter months the cost of the heating is calculated looking to the consumption.
• Possibility to have the baby sitter 13,00 € per hour.
• It is not allowed to book the villa by a group of people bigger than the permitted number. Not including children from 0 to 3 years old.
• Please leave the villa clean and tidy and tell owners of eventual damages to dejects or fornitures.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

On confirmation of reservation, the client must make a 30% down payment (30% of the total rental price). Final payment is to be made 30 days prior to the rental time.

CANCELLATIONS

In case of cancellation, please observe the following conditions:
- 30% of the total price will be retained if cancelled up to 25 days before scheduled rental time.
- 50% retained if cancelled between the 24th and 10th day.
- 100% retained if cancelled between the 9th and actual 
day of rental
